“At the beginning of the year we decided to outsource all of our servicing and installations to a third party Orrlo. The priority was no compromise in service standards and to simplify and reduce the management involvement of my staff in relation to running the Service Department. I wanted no more time spent having to deal with holidays, sick employees, lateness, and all the administration attached to managing your own Service Team. The Orrlo team have taken away our problems and replaced them with solutions. It is a much more efficient way to control and run service and is easier to flex if any more problems beset the economy.
